General terms and conditions 1.1. The Grillnurk online store sells goods owned by Oden Grupp OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “Products”). 1.2. These terms and conditions of purchase apply to purchase agreements (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”), which are concluded between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”), who orders goods from the online store at the web address www.grillnurk.ee (hereinafter referred to as “E”-shop). -store) and the company Oden Grupp OÜ managing the online store (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). 1.3. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of goods shall be governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia. 1.4. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The amended terms and conditions come into force from the moment of publication on the Seller’s website www.grillnurk.ee and apply only to orders placed after the amended terms and conditions. 1.6. By making a purchase in the Seller’s online store and making a bank transfer or prepayment, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read these terms and conditions of purchase and agrees with them.
Prices 2.1. In the online store, the prices of all goods are stated in euros and include VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia. 2.2. The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. If the Customer places his order before the new prices come into force, the prices reflected in his invoice will be applied.
Products 3.1. The delivery time is indicated next to the Goods presented in the online store. If it turns out that the delivery time exceeds the specified one, the employee of the Online Shop will inform the Customer about it. 3.2. If it turns out that the ordered Goods are out of stock and it is impossible to order them from the manufacturer, and the Online Shop is unable to fulfill the Customer’s order, the employee of the Online Shop will contact the Customer and offer a replacement product, possibly a new delivery time or a refund of the purchase amount to the Customer no later than within 7 days. 3..3 The images of the Goods presented in the Online Shop are illustrative and may unintentionally differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Goods.
Delivery 4.1 You can pick up your order FREE of charge from the warehouse at Kassi 9, 12618, Tallinn. Make an appointment in advance by calling +372 5610 3065. 4.2 Cost of home delivery of online store orders by courier service: Free of charge. As soon as your order is received by us, you will be contacted by an online store support representative and offered the shortest delivery time. The goods will be delivered by courier to your chosen address within 7-14 working days after placing your order. The courier will contact you by phone and agree on a convenient time for delivery of the goods. 4.3. Delivery methods offered by the online store: To receive the goods the buyer has the following options: Omniva post offices DPD parcel machines Courier Receiving the goods from our warehouse Delivery costs are borne by the buyer, the relevant price information is displayed next to the delivery method. 4.4..4 The Buyer is obliged to keep the barcode on the packaging of the Goods until the end of the 14-day return period. If desired, the Buyer can exchange or return the Goods using the corresponding barcode. 4.5. Free shipping applies to orders within the Republic of Estonia. If the Buyer wishes to order the goods outside Estonia, the cost of transportation must be agreed with the Seller separately. 4.6. If the online store is running promotional campaigns, delivery time may be longer. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Payment methods 5.1. Payments at Estonian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele. 5.2. Kniks gift card. 5..3. Payments with Visa/MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay 5.4 Payments with Finnish banks: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki. 5..5 Payments with Latvian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor. 5.6 Payments with Lithuanian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Šiauliu and Luminor. 5.6 Payment by card on delivery. 5.7 “Pay later” Confirm your order now and ESTO will give you 30 days extra time to pay. Receive your order and pay as you wish within the next 30 days at no additional cost! There is no interest. There are no additional costs. The payment method is offered and managed by ESTO AS. 5.8. “Esto Installment”: Add the goods to your cart, select the ESTO installment link among the payment methods and confirm the order. When paying, select the appropriate period, monthly payment amount and conveniently digitally sign with your ID-card, Smart-ID or Mobiil-ID. CAUTION: Each installment represents a financial commitment. Before entering into an installment contract, please read the terms and conditions of the respective service and, if necessary, consult a specialist. 5.9. Choosing “ESTO 3”: Add goods to your shopping cart, select ESTO 3 as a payment method, confirm your order and conveniently subscribe using the Smart-ID solution. If you pay the cost of your shopping cart in full and on time within three months, there will be no additional fees. The monthly fee is formed by dividing the shopping cart value into three equal parts. The minimum shopping cart amount when using ESTO 3 is 60 euros. All citizens of the Republic of Estonia between the ages of 18 and 70 can apply for ESTO 3. Attention! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the “Return to merchant” button on the bank page. Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the Online Shop in a secure environment: when paying by bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The Seller does not have access to the buyer’s bank and credit card data. The Agreement enters into force as soon as the amount due for payment is credited to the online store’s current account. The online store owner is the responsible processor of personal data and transfers the personal data required for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Making a purchase 6.1. The Buyer selects the desired Goods in the online store and adds them to the cart by clicking the “Add to cart” button. 6.2. To place an order it is necessary to select the delivery method and click the “Complete the purchase” button in the shopping cart, after which the Buyer will be redirected to the order placement page. After entering the required data, it is necessary to select the payment method and agree to the terms of sale on the website. 6.3. After payment for the Goods, the online store sends an order confirmation to the Buyer’s e-mail. 6.4. When placing an order, the customer undertakes to provide the necessary, reliable data for the fulfillment of the order. 6.5. The Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of fulfillment due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer when fulfilling the order, or for the consequences arising therefrom.
Return of goods 7.1. The Buyer has the right to return the Goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel. 7.2. To return the goods, the Customer must send a withdrawal request to the Seller to the e-mail address info@grillnurk.ee. A sample request can be found here. 7.3. The return of the Goods shall be made by the same method by which the Goods were delivered to the Customer. When using the return methods offered by the Online Shop, the return of the Goods is free of charge for the Buyer. 7.4. The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days from the date of sending the application for refusal. 7..5. The returned Goods must be in their original packaging and must not be used, damaged, soiled or show any other signs of use. 7.6. The Seller shall transfer the value of the returned Goods back to the Buyer’s account within 14 days of returning the Goods to the Seller.
Personal data and their use 8.1. Personal data provided by the Buyer when making a purchase or creating an account is entered into the Seller’s customer register and used for the provision of sales services. 8.2. The data is treated confidentially and is not passed on to third parties, except if required by the delivery method chosen by the Customer and in cases stipulated by law. 8.3. The Seller reserves the right to send the Buyer information about new products and special offers.
Other terms and conditions 9.1 Issues not regulated in these terms and conditions are based on the current legislation of the Republic of Estonia and other acts regulating the relations between the parties. 9.2 Disagreements and disputes arising in connection with the performance of these terms and conditions shall be settled by the parties primarily through negotiations. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, both the Buyer and the Seller shall have the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or a court to protect their rights.
