Product Return

1. The customer has the right to return a Product ordered from the online store within 14 days of receiving the Product.
2. To return an item, the Customer must submit a refund request to info@grillnurk.ee

3. The Product is returned using the same method as it was delivered to the Customer. The Customer can return Products to the Seller free of charge.
4. The buyer must return the item to the seller at the first opportunity, but no later than 14 days from submitting the return request.
5. The returned Product must be in its original packaging and must not have been used, damaged, soiled, or otherwise altered.
6. The Seller will refund the cost of the returned Product to the Customer’s current account within 14 days of the Seller receiving the Product.
