The item will be delivered within the timeframe specified next to the selected product. We will notify you by email or SMS. Ordered items must be picked up within 3 (three) calendar days. After this period, the order will be canceled, and the ordered items will be returned to the warehouse.
Please have your order number and ID ready when collecting your order. If someone else will pick up your order, please specify them as the recipient when placing the order. If the buyer is a legal entity, please have a power of attorney ready.
Delivery to Pickup Points and Parcel Lockers
Parcel locker delivery is only possible if the items do not exceed the package size limits (37 x 40 x 60 cm) and weight (up to 20 kg).
If parcel locker delivery is not available during checkout, it means the item exceeds the allowable dimensions for this shipping method!

Home Delivery
If you’ve chosen home delivery, items will be delivered within the timeframe specified next to the selected product.
Deliveries are made on business days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Important! Some items may have non-standard delivery times. The exact delivery time will be confirmed with the seller.
Delivery and unloading of such packages are carried out by freight vehicles to your specified address. You must ensure suitable access for freight vehicles to the desired unloading location, otherwise delivery will not be possible. Delivery is only available on business days until 6:00 PM. Service is not available after 6:00 PM. Delivery and unloading are not available on weekends. When ordering this service, selecting a preferred delivery time slot is not possible.

*Delivery costs and methods apply to orders within the Republic of Estonia. If the Customer wishes to order items outside Estonia, shipping costs must be agreed separately with the Seller.
