Aromatic Prymat seasoning for pork neck is a carefully selected blend of spices, herbs and dried vegetables that helps you prepare juicy, tender and richly flavoured meat. The seasoning gives dishes an appetising golden-brown crust and a pleasant spicy aroma.

After marinating, pork neck becomes softer and juicier, while the spices enhance its natural flavour. This seasoning is perfect for grilling or barbecuing, as well as for roasting in the oven, pan-frying or stewing in a flavourful sauce.

Description

How to use: For best results, marinate the meat beforehand. Mix the seasoning with vegetable or olive oil, rub it evenly over the pork neck and leave to marinate for 30–60 minutes.

Also suitable for preparing roast pork and braised meat dishes.

Ingredients: Salt, onion, sweet paprika, garlic, coriander seeds, rosemary, white mustard, chili, thyme, bay leaf.
