Description

This 42 cm cast iron pan-lid is designed for a 12-litre kazan. It can be used both as a lid for the kazan and as a separate frying pan.

Suitable for frying meat, vegetables, potatoes and other foods. Cast iron heats evenly and retains heat well.

Before first use, wash the pan, dry it thoroughly and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil. After use, hand wash and dry immediately. Apply a small amount of oil when necessary. Do not leave cast iron wet. Not suitable for dishwasher use.

Cast iron becomes very hot during cooking. Use oven mitts or heat-resistant gloves.
