- The customer has the right to return a Product ordered from the online store within 14 days of receiving the Product.

Return costs are borne by the seller: after we confirm the request we send a prepaid label within 5 working days. The goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the label.

Right of withdrawal and returning the goods
The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. A withdrawal request can be submitted via the form at https://grillnurk.ee/en/tagastamine or by e-mail to info@grillnurk.ee.
Return costs are borne by the seller. After we confirm your request, we will send you a prepaid return label within 5 working days.
The goods must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the return label. A delay on our side in sending the label is not counted as the buyer’s delay.
If the buyer returns the goods without waiting for our label, we reimburse the postage against a receipt, up to the usual cost of shipping.
The returned goods must be in their original packaging and must not be used, damaged or soiled.
We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, to the same payment method you used for the purchase. We also refund the delivery cost you paid; if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard one, we refund the cost of the standard method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or the buyer provides proof of dispatch.
- The buyer must return the item to the seller at the first opportunity, but no later than 14 days from receiving the return label.
- The returned Product must be in its original packaging and must not have been used, damaged, soiled, or otherwise altered.
- The Seller will refund the cost of the returned Product to the Customer’s current account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request.
