- Stir until dark (about 10 min).
- Discard the salt carefully and rinse with hot water.
- Coat with a thin layer of oil and heat at maximum temperature (oven or open fire).Repeat several times until the surface is smooth and non-sticky.
Your cast iron is now ready to use!

- Wash after each use (baking soda & sponge recommended).
- Always dry thoroughly — never leave wet.
- Apply a thin coat of oil after cleaning.
