Description

An aromatic seasoning blend for preparing gyros and Mediterranean-inspired meat dishes. Sweet paprika is complemented by coriander, thyme, rosemary, garlic, mustard, cumin and chili, creating a balanced combination of herbs and spices. Onion, carrot and parsnip add mild vegetable notes to the blend.

Ideal for seasoning chicken, pork and other meats. Use it for gyros, grilled meat, pan-fried dishes and marinades. It is also suitable for seasoning potatoes and vegetables.

Rub the seasoning onto the meat before cooking or add it to a marinade according to taste.
